Hi Bill - You just visited our other site at SuccessBlogNet :-)

You have created a very good list here on inspiring yourself on domain names, a very involved subject all on its own. Just last night I came across this other site that had great information: It is a very long URL, so apologies a head of time: - This is how we at BlogNet choose our domains for the most part, but there were a few other tips that we had not thought of. Thought I would share.

Domain Name Factor #3: Passes The “Radio Test”

This factor really came home for me when taping a radio commercial a few years back…because the radio compresses the audio range, you have to speak with exaggerated “ups and downs” in your voice just to sound normal.

When speaking your domain name, it needs to be clearly understood. Some words are more prone to being muffled or garbled than others. For example: The word “the” is very easily “deleted” when people hear it.

I will keep on trying (-: Thanks’ again.
